Xóa tài khoản
PhotoQuote là ứng dụng giúp thợ chụp ảnh hiện trường, dùng AI dựng báo giá và gửi cho khách. Trang này hướng dẫn cách xóa tài khoản PhotoQuote và toàn bộ dữ liệu liên quan.
Cách xóa tài khoản trong ứng dụng (khuyến nghị)
- Mở ứng dụng PhotoQuote.
- Vào tab Hồ sơ.
- Kéo xuống cuối trang, chọn Xóa tài khoản.
- Xác nhận. Tài khoản và dữ liệu của bạn bị xóa vĩnh viễn ngay lập tức khỏi máy chủ.
Hoặc yêu cầu qua email
Gửi email tới [email protected] từ địa chỉ email bạn đã đăng ký, tiêu đề "Xóa tài khoản". Chúng tôi xác minh và xử lý trong vòng 30 ngày.
Dữ liệu bị xóa
Khi xóa tài khoản, các dữ liệu sau bị xóa vĩnh viễn khỏi máy chủ của chúng tôi:
- Tài khoản và mã định danh người dùng
- Toàn bộ báo giá, ghi chú và ảnh hiện trường
- Hồ sơ thợ, bảng giá, logo
- Thông tin nhận thanh toán (số tài khoản ngân hàng / pay-link)
Dữ liệu được giữ lại
Một số bản ghi giao dịch/hóa đơn có thể được lưu giữ theo yêu cầu pháp luật về kế toán & thuế trong thời gian luật định, ở dạng tách rời khỏi danh tính khi có thể. Bản ghi thanh toán thuê bao do bên xử lý thanh toán (Apple, Google, Polar) lưu giữ theo chính sách riêng của họ.
Xóa một phần dữ liệu
Bạn cũng có thể xóa từng báo giá hoặc từng dòng bảng giá ngay trong ứng dụng mà không cần xóa tài khoản (mở danh sách → xóa mục tương ứng).

Delete account
PhotoQuote is an app that lets tradespeople photograph a job site, use AI to build a quote, and send it to their customer. This page explains how to delete your PhotoQuote account and all associated data.
Delete your account in the app (recommended)
- Open the PhotoQuote app.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and data are permanently erased immediately from our servers.
Or request by email
Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject "Delete account". We verify and process the request within 30 days.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, the following is permanently erased from our servers:
- Your account and user identifier
- Email address
- All quotes, notes, and job-site photos
- Your tradesperson profile, price list, and logo
- Payment-receiving details (bank account / pay-link)
Data that is kept
Certain transaction/invoice records may be retained as required by accounting & tax law for the legally mandated period, de-identified where possible. Subscription payment records are retained by the payment processors (Apple, Google, Polar) under their own policies.
Deleting part of your data
You can also delete individual quotes or individual price-list items inside the app without deleting your account (open the relevant list → remove the item).
